Upon inspection of the property to be listed for a sale, actual and accurate condition is established and described as well as photographed. We also verify the legal status of the property for sale. Based on the knowledge of the real estate market conditions we establish an accurate range of market value of the property with efforts to maximize its selling price.
We prepare detailed presentation of the property and start with selling activities. Particular attention is paid to selective organization and property viewing which is coordinated and organized in advance with our presence accompanying the prospective buyers.
We actively participate in price negotiations and discussions determining the best possible selling price and upon agreement our legal department prepares the contract. Moreover, we prepare all the documents and carry out the entire administrative procedure with real estate sale tax determination as well as possible other tax liabilities. We also organize an appointment with a notary in order to have the contract notarized as required by law.
Upon payment of the agreed purchase price in full we organize and carry over a walkthrough of the real estate property as well prepare a handover report. We also organize transfer of general expenses and other liabilities to the new owner's name.
