We prepare a presentation of the property for rent and actively start looking for a tenant desired person to rent the property based on the profile requirements. Our legal department prepares a rental contract and we organize and carry over a walkthrough of real estate as well prepare a handover report.

At owner’s request we can also manage and control the managing of the rented property against am agreed fee.
