We organize inspection of the property and asses the condition of real estate as well verify the legal status of the property. Based on the knowledge of real estate marker and current condition we determine the realistic market value bracket as well asses the lowest acceptable selling price for a specific property. We actively participate in negotiations for the determination of the final purchase price of the real estate, our legal department prepares and proposes a proper purchase contract.
Upon full payment of the agreed purchase price, we also organize registration of property in the Land Register with a Notary. We also organize the walk through of real estate property together with a handover report and provide for the transfer of general expenses and other liabilities to the buyer’s name.
